Senior Director, Human Resources - U.S.

Lead HR strategy and on-the-ground execution for a large, distributed operational workforce across warehouse, transportation, and data center environments. Oversee a team of four HR Directors supporting designated regions/business units, partner with Operations leadership, and translate enterprise HR programs into consistent site delivery. Serve as a primary escalation point for employee relations matters, ensure compliance with employment law and safety standards, and drive workforce metrics and performance management through continuous improvement.
