Job Summary

Lead the end-to-end employee lifecycle and core People systems in an AI-native People Operations function. Drive automation, regulatory compliance (SMCR), and data integrity while partnering with Finance and Payroll; manage the People Coordinators and collaborate with People Partners to deliver exceptional employee experiences across moments that matter.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end People lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, probations, contracts, references) with automation in mind from the start
•Drive continuous improvement using AI and automation to increase efficiency, scale, and employee experience quality
•Proactively identify manual workflows that can be automated and implement AI-enabled solutions to reduce effort and improve service quality
•Maintain compliance with regulatory obligations including SMCR, treated as a design constraint
•Line-manage the People Coordinators and partner with People Partners, Payroll, and Finance to ensure accurate data flows and smooth pay processes

•Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
