Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute the global product strategy for the assigned portfolio aligned to business goals.
  • •Manage the complete product lifecycle from development to obsolescence and aftermarket.
  • •Partner with Project Managers to drive NPI development through Eaton’s PROLaunch process.
  • •Validate sales strategy for NPI across countries under responsibility and target margin improvement through USPs.
  • •Conduct VOC, monitor and benchmark competition/technology, and collaborate with certification to anticipate product standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • •Comprehensive experience in a similar product management role.
  • •Experience in commercial and/or project management roles (preferred).
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • •Business-level English.
