Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, develop, and engage the Manufacturing Engineering production team to meet schedule, quality, cost, and safety requirements.
  • •Deliver complete Manufacturing Dossiers for every new program within the AIT scope, leveraging the DDMS toolset.
  • •Provide feasible Industrial Plans and accurate ME NRC/RC cost estimations to support bidding activities and cost brochures.
  • •Coordinate internal stakeholders across EOS and TNS environments, working closely with engineering leads and program business lines.
  • •Drive continuous improvement and foster innovation in the AIT area while ensuring adherence to standards and EAC budgets.

Key Requirements

  • •Aeronautical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering degree (or related discipline).
  • •Proven experience in Manufacturing Engineering (ME) and Assembly, Integration, and Test (AIT) in the space sector or high-precision industrial environments.
  • •Experience leading and developing engineering teams.
  • •Advanced English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • •Strong understanding of spacecraft manufacturing domains and special processes, including clean-room standards and tolerance stack-up.
