District Sales Manager - Syracuse / Utica

Lead Mac Tools distributor growth across the Syracuse/Utica territory as a virtual District Sales Manager. You’ll drive the annual operating plan by recruiting and coaching distributors, run Field Excellence Meetings and regular work-withs (truck ride-alongs), conduct franchisee training for new starts, and manage regional credits/adjustments and route surveys. This role combines remote management responsibilities with significant local travel and on-the-ground training support.
