Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and take action steps on duplicate suppliers to merge and enrich supplier data according to global requirements.
  • •Ensure supplier data integrity through regular validation and auditing aligned with global standards.
  • •Identify and correct discrepancies in supplier records, including duplications, outdated, or incomplete information.
  • •Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams and support data conversion efforts for integrations and new countries coming onto Horizon.
  • •Generate reports on supplier data quality, compliance status, and risk assessments; provide regular updates to management and escalate high-risk or non-compliant suppliers.

Key Requirements

  • •1-3 years of experience in supplier data management, procurement, supply chain, or a related role.
  • •Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and procurement/data management tools.
  • •Knowledge of data governance principles and supplier compliance requirements.
  • •Strong organizational, time-management, and detail-oriented data management skills.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
