Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead cross-functional planning and execution to support Global IT segments, ensuring operational rigor and strategic decision-making.
  • •Own the development of the Plan of Record (POR) with Finance for capital and expense management, delivering accurate financial planning and reporting for multi-year insights to the CIO.
  • •Drive cost efficiencies and productivity improvements while establishing scalable, compliant business operations processes and frameworks.
  • •Partner with Finance, HR, Legal, and corporate functions to align governance and organizational health across stakeholder groups.
  • •Lead and develop a high-performing business operations team with accountability for performance, deliverables, and capability building.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 7+ years of industry experience, or Master's degree with 5+ years, or equivalent experience in Business Operations, IT, or Finance.
  • •7+ years of experience communicating across organizations and levels, including developing and delivering data-driven insights and presentations to senior leadership.
  • •7+ years working with business data using Microsoft Office tools with advanced Excel and PowerPoint, plus collaboration platforms such as Teams.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing financial planning, budgeting, and headcount processes, including associated systems and tools.
  • •Proven project and program management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
