Embedded in Ogilvy’s Coca‑Cola Studio X Intel team, you will analyze social, digital, and search data using tools like Sprinklr and YouScan to generate actionable insights for Europe Coca‑Cola campaigns. You’ll design reports, support business development, collaborate with data providers, and help shape new data products, while presenting intelligence to clients and stakeholders across an integrated agency team.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyse social and digital data through a set of tools based on a client briefing and deliver actionable insights that inform strategic recommendations.
•Design insightful reports and audits with strategic recommendations for Coca‑Cola across multiple data streams (crisis monitoring, brand reputation tracking, charter performance, trendspotting, influencer analysis).
•Support Social.Lab (Intel) and Studio X business development efforts with digital and social media data analysis.
•Collaborate with Studio X and TCCC data providers to create new, commercially viable data products.
•Be client-facing for the presentation of intelligence work and ensure alignment with client needs.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in Social/Digital/Search Data Analytics, Insights and Digital/Social Strategy (seniority level to be determined based on your background and experience).
•Must-have: Always-on social listening analysis and insights generation, cultural tracking and insights generation for always-on and campaign use, strong understanding of today’s social media landscape and internet culture, strong understanding of social media performance metrics for organic media, strong reporting and visualization skills.
•Comfortable using social and digital monitoring technologies such as Sprinklr, YouScan, NewsWhip, GWI, etc.
