Key Responsibilities

  • •Recruit, coach, and grow a full-cycle roster of brand partners and associated spend, including onboarding, ongoing coaching, and renewal.
  • •Help top partners double their results by identifying what drives differentiation across the partner network and applying it broadly.
  • •Develop partner growth strategy: set targets, forecast, design tests, and create new approaches for the team.
  • •Implement growth strategies across the program by activating partners, reporting performance regularly, and driving incremental sales.
  • •Analyze channel performance and translate results into actions; negotiate complex partnerships and contracts with judgment on brand fit and risk, coordinating with PR and Legal where needed.
