Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end UI and product features in Horizon—from user problem to information architecture to shipped, polished experience.
•Set the bar for how users interact with Horizon—the web app experience, flows, and how complex governance concepts are made legible.
•Bring deep front-end craft—TypeScript, React, and underlying web technologies—and the judgment to direct AI development tools rather than rely on them.
•Be a thought partner to the team—collaborate closely so product and UX direction is a shared conversation, not a solo burden.
•Translate enterprise signal into product—partner with GTM and customers to turn enterprise-legible story (gateway plugins, PII filtering, audit logs, SCIM) into experiences buyers understand.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 172,000 - 242,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of full-stack engineering with a front-end focus and demonstrated success shipping user-facing products.
•Proficiency with TypeScript and React, strong front-end craft (TanStack or similar) and solid web technologies.
•Experience shipping in high-ambiguity, early-stage environments without a dedicated PM or design team.
•Strong product and UX judgment with ability to think in user flows and information architecture.
•Self-directed, with clear communication, and familiarity with AI/LLM tooling; able to guide AI development tools.
