Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain internal developer tools, including debugging/triage tooling, self-service portals, and secrets management abstractions.
  • •Design and operate platform reliability and resilience with highly available multi-AZ/multi-region systems, automated failover, SLOs/error budgets, and observability.
  • •Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform/Pulumi/OpenTofu modules and reusable abstractions, plus Kubernetes operators/controllers and GitOps pipelines.
  • •Create internal platform services such as deployment orchestration, resource orchestration control planes, service discovery, and environment-as-a-service APIs.
  • •Automate security, governance, and compliance with IAM automation, secrets/key rotation, policy-as-code enforcement, vulnerability scanning, and compliance workflows while improving cost efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in software engineering, platform engineering, SRE, or DevOps.
  • •Proficiency in systems/backend programming languages such as Go, Python, or Rust, building APIs, CLI tools, and worker services.
  • •Strong systems design skills for internal RESTful APIs, control planes, and microservices for deployment orchestration and resource management.
  • •Deep cloud expertise in AWS, GCP, or Azure, including multi-region/multi-AZ architectures with networking and IAM.
  • •Advanced infrastructure as code and Kubernetes/GitOps experience with tools like Terraform/Pulumi/OpenTofu, custom operators/controllers, ArgoCD or Flux.
