Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and lead the Project Controls function, including governance, systems, standards, reporting, and team leadership.
  • •Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and oversee contractor schedules aligned to contractual milestones.
  • •Lead estimating, forecasting, and cost control activities, including variance analyses, contingency utilization, and executive dashboards.
  • •Manage change control and project risk, including risk registers, mitigation monitoring, and quantitative schedule/cost risk analysis.
  • •Oversee document and information management and independently verify contractor-reported progress and forecast outcomes, then deliver executive reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • •15+ years of project controls experience on major capital projects.
  • •8+ years in senior project controls leadership roles, including integrated planning, cost control, risk, change management, and reporting.
  • •Extensive experience supporting major EPC/EPCI projects, including proven delivery oversight.
  • •Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and enterprise project controls systems.
