Project Controls Manager – PMC

Lead the Project Controls function for a multi-billion-dollar renewable energy and transmission program, acting independently for the Owner through the PMC appointment. Own integrated planning and scheduling (IMS), cost estimating and cost engineering, cost control and performance reporting, change management, and risk management with quantitative risk analysis. Provide independent contractor progress verification and ensure robust document and information governance, delivering executive dashboards and Board/Steering Committee papers.
