•Lead the technical direction of international radio projects and ensure alignment with customer and program objectives.
•Coordinate cross-functional teams across design, development, testing, and deployment to meet milestones and deliverables.
•Identify and mitigate technical risks, manage interfaces with other domains, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
•Monitor project performance, budget, and schedule, reporting progress to stakeholders and adjusting plans as needed.
•Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and successful project delivery.

Key Requirements

•Must-have experience leading international technical projects in radio/telecommunications environments.
•Strong systems engineering and project leadership skills with ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
•Knowledge of safety, compliance, and risk management in telecom/radio domains.
•Ability to manage stakeholders across multiple countries and ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or related field.
