Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the functional anchor for Kinaxis implementations, collaborating with implementation and production support teams to resolve issues and enable users.
  • •Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to build internal and external capabilities and drive adoption of Kinaxis & SAP.
  • •Maintain documentation of resolutions and reinforce training protocols to reduce incident volume and improve system literacy.
  • •Lead As-Is analysis, identify process and system implementation requirements, and compare with best practices to support implementations.
  • •Troubleshoot functional issues, translate business needs into functional specifications, and prioritize enhancements based on impact and feasibility.

  • •5+ years of SCM (supply chain management) experience.
  • •Proficiency as a system user in SAP and Kinaxis.
  • •Strong business process knowledge, including materials management and operational procurement enablement through Kinaxis.

  • •Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in a complex, global supply chain environment.
