Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead industrial and radio product certifications for hazards locations and ordinary locations, including IECEx, ATEx, UKCA, NEPSI, and PESO for CL1 Div1/Div2 and Zone 0/1/2 environments.
  • •Manage marine certifications across the globe (e.g., DNV, BV, ABS, USCG, RMRS, CCS, KR, NKK, RINA, MED) and coordinate with certification agencies (CSA, FM, UL, TUV).
  • •Understand product design and end application, and define HW/SW/FW implementation test scenarios.
  • •Define, document, execute, and interpret tests for products, systems, components, and modifications by writing test strategy, test plans, and test cases.
  • •Write test specs for production test and develop test approaches for electrical, functional, EMI/EMC, and environmental requirements.

  • •9-15 years of experience certifying marine and hazards-location programs and standards requirements.
  • •Experience writing test strategy, test plans, and test cases for pre-compliance and compliance across global hazards-location, ordinary-location, and marine certifications.
  • •Experience writing test strategy, test plans, and test cases for electrical, functional, EMI/EMC, and environmental requirements per standards.
  • •Experience using IS, marine, and EMI/EMC standards and test setups for industrial products, including production test spec writing.
  • •Experience with electronics and electrical circuit designs involving microcontroller/processor and I/O, and analog/digital electronics and sensors.
