Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the annual compensation cycle, including compensation admin tasks for transfers, uploads, change statements, troubleshooting, and testing phases.
  • •Manage pay equity activities such as outlier review follow-up and analysis of consolidated data.
  • •Coordinate survey participation by preparing and submitting global data for WTW and supporting Mercer and WTW budget salary planning surveys.
  • •Support salary planning through data preparation, analysis, and pay-for-performance analysis.
  • •Redesign compensation processes and tools to enable regular audits, plus maintain incentive plan mappings and participate in related compensation projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
  • •4–5 years of related compensation/HR experience.
  • •Business-level English.
  • •Strong understanding of compensation policies, practices, and methodologies.
  • •Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, ServiceNow, or similar systems is a plus.
