Key Responsibilities

•Apply pre-impregnated fabrics on composite or metal tooling and master vacuum bag application.
•Perform positioning of parts on tooling and execute demolding safely and in the correct operation order.
•Prepare the workstation (cleanliness, hygiene, safety) and verify materials/tooling availability and condition.
•Record material and part tracking documents and provide accurate information per manufacturing documents.
•Apply safety and environmental procedures, participate in continuous improvement (PDCA, 5S, visual management), and report anomalies.
