Job Function: Industrial, Process & Manufacturing Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • •Support ASRS, conveyor systems, RFID, and AI implementation projects across performance and reliability.
  • •Improve system performance through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, AI-driven predictive maintenance, and continuous improvement.
  • •Design and integrate receiving automation solutions, including AI-enabled OCR, barcode scanning, and software interfaces.
  • •Contribute to WMS integration and the development of AI-powered digital twins for warehouse process simulation and optimization.
  • •Develop technical documentation, AI-based analytics dashboards, and performance tracking tools; collaborate with IT, operations, and facilities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics, Chemical, Mechanical, Materials Engineering, or equivalent.
  • •Demonstrated leadership experience via academic projects, internships, or extracurricular activities.
  • •Proven problem-solving skills, including methods such as 8D and 5-Why analysis, and knowledge of PFMEA.
  • •Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Demonstrated PROBE internship experience within a semiconductor company.
