Job Summary

Supervise production and warehouse operations on-site, directing shipping/receiving and day-to-day execution while monitoring work, schedules, and capacity to meet service, quality, productivity, cost, and safety targets. Lead continuous improvement initiatives (process improvements, quality control, 5S, and safety huddles), analyze operational needs and inventory trends, and manage team development through performance management and training.

Key Responsibilities

•Directly supervise employees in a site, monitoring work and adjusting schedules to meet operational needs.
•Design and implement operations improvement strategies for safety, cost, quality, training, inventory, and services.
•Supervise warehouse daily schedules across shipping, receiving, loading/unloading, picking, packing, and palletizing; manage space requirements and distribution planning.
•Maintain quality control processes, drive process improvements, and manage production flow and resources to budget and plan.
•Lead safety activities (5S, housekeeping, recycling, safety huddles/monthly safety meetings) and support continuous improvement with frequent business audits and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, operations management, or a related field.
•3-5 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or warehouse supervision, managing teams and daily operations.
•Experience implementing strategies to improve safety, quality, cost-efficiency, and productivity in manufacturing or warehouse settings.
•Strong analytical skills to identify process inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
•In-depth knowledge of safety standards and experience leading safety initiatives to build a safety-conscious culture.
