Key Responsibilities

•Manage a complex portfolio of global accounts, including placement and service, while maintaining multinational client deliverables.
•Act as the AGCN representative for the local office/region on new business opportunities.
•Identify and support training needs for internal and external clients.
•Promote connectivity, collaboration, and cooperation across local office practices and functions.
•Foster knowledge sharing, best practices, and resources across multinational accounts.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience providing counsel to multinational clients, including coordination of outward service and/or leading cross-office collaboration for multinational risk management/finance.
•Exceptional knowledge of multinational risk financing/insurance programs, with experience focused on international casualty programs.
•Strong collaboration and communication skills, including multicultural awareness.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
•A Property and Casualty Brokers License is required, or must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
