Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the day-to-day senior technical counterpart to the Centrus Design Manager and Project Manager.
  • •Collaborate closely with the CM’s MEC Manager and Design Assist partners to ensure constructability alignment.
  • •Represent WSP’s integrated technical position in CM and Client forums, ensuring clarity, decisiveness, and alignment.
  • •Lead high-stakes meetings, enabling the Program Director to focus on governance and client relationships.
  • •Drive the resolution of CM comments, RFIs, sequencing issues, access and maintenance needs, and constructability challenges.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 159,900 - 234,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of senior technical leadership experience on large, complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
  • •Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) or Architect preferred; construction-based certifications an asset.
  • •Proven ability to lead interface management between design teams, construction managers, and clients.
  • •Experience navigating senior-level CM and ADM-level technical forums with credibility.
  • •Demonstrated skill in resolving multi-disciplinary technical issues under pressure.
