Service Operations Analyst (Pod)

Own pod-level service delivery workflows in an MSP environment by driving follow-through, surfacing blockers and risks early, and coordinating across clients, support managers, project managers, and finance. Prepare for QBRs and track client health and SLA/service signals through to completion. Coordinate support-to-project workstreams, manage billing/quote visibility, and improve operational governance, dashboards, and process maturity—while helping scale the pod support model through automation and better workflow design.
