Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and execute test plans and procedures for manufacturing processes and products.
  • •Own end-to-end test strategy, defining what to test at each step and optimizing test time vs throughput, detection vs escape risk, and coverage vs cost.
  • •Analyze test data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process improvements.
  • •Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to resolve production issues and optimize testing methodologies.
  • •Support new product introductions by validating manufacturing readiness and process capability, including managing functional test capacity, test fixtures, and golden units.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Manufacturing (or related) with 10+ years of manufacturing test engineering experience in a global environment, including knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and PLM.
  • •Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, owning end-to-end test strategy and using data analysis tools to produce actionable insights.
  • •Maintain manufacturing compliance standards and strong failure analysis/debug skills to drive root-cause investigations for design, process, and component issues.
  • •Deep technical expertise in high-speed digital interfaces (SerDes, Optical, Ethernet), functional validation of complex boards, and testing complete telecom systems.
  • •Experience with manufacturing testing automation and programming (Python, C/C#), plus data analytics skills for manufacturing yield improvement using statistical methods (e.g., correlation and regression).
