Own end-to-end PLM data migration programs into PTC Windchill, from defining strategy and architecture to executing rehearsal migrations and production cutover. Lead source-to-target mapping workshops, assess source PLM systems (Windchill, Agile, Teamcenter, custom), and establish data mapping rules, conflicts handling, and quality validation with KPIs. Use Windchill Bulk Migrator (WBM), govern validation cycles, drive defect resolution, and support go-live and hypercare while guiding migration teams and reviewing scripts and SQL transformations.
