Key Responsibilities

  • •Synthesize and simplify financial and non-financial data for senior stakeholders and business decision support.
  • •Develop dynamic financial models and scenario analyses, including supporting investment pitches and longer-term forecasting.
  • •Produce month-end reporting, report and consolidate budgets, and develop performance-monitoring reports against targets.
  • •Support Monthly Financials Review (MFR) meetings and other reporting requirements with accurate, up-to-date information.
  • •Drive process improvement initiatives, explore new technologies/tools, and support data integration/automation to enhance FP&A capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong problem-solving skills to connect financial reporting with day-to-day business needs for key decision-making.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building with teams across and outside of Finance.
  • •Strong analytical skills for assessing investment opportunities, variances vs forecasts, accuracy, and narrative framing through the right questions.
  • •Functional knowledge of accounting principles including P&L, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • •Strong technical skills, with familiarity with Python, SQL, and Google Apps Script (VBA-like) as a major plus.
