Job Summary

Lead a hands-on Solutions Consulting team focused on the financial services vertical in Braze’s Americas region. Coach and mentor two initial ICs, own end-to-end pre-sales for major accounts, build FinServ playbooks and reference assets, and collaborate with Sales, Security, Product, and Marketing to scale a new practice in a regulated, enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the team and coach the Solutions Consultants, managing two ICs to start and expanding as FinServ grows
•Own deals as a hands-on, player-coach role and be directly involved in opportunities
•Run pre-sales end-to-end on major accounts: discovery, solution design, demos, POVs, security reviews, exec presentations
•Build credibility across the full FinServ buying team including Architecture, Engineering, Security, Compliance, Marketing Ops, and the C-suite
•Collaborate with Product, Security, Professional Services, and partners to ensure deals are executed correctly

•Exceptional written and verbal communicator with strong executive presence and follow-through
•Strategic problem solver who can break down ambiguous, cross-functional challenges into clear options, tradeoffs, and next steps
•Experience selling into enterprise accounts with sophisticated technical buying teams and rigorous evaluation processes, ideally in regulated industries
•Domain knowledge in two or more of AI, SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Marketing Analytics, Data and Architecture, Security and Compliance, or Programming (including HTML)
