Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead emergency response as ERT Captain, directing personnel during medical, chemical/gas, HAZMAT, and rescue incidents.
  • •Ensure compliance with safety protocols including PPE, Lockout/Tagout, and chemical handling procedures.
  • •Conduct safety audits, hazard prevention checks, and apply/review Job Hazard Analyses (JHA/JSA).
  • •Manage and maintain emergency response tools and equipment; document incidents and monitor safety trends.
  • •Complete safety documentation and support safety projects and cost-reduction initiatives using data analysis and preventive maintenance.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s degree in Emergency Services (or equivalent related experience).
  • •2+ years of experience as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) with an EMT license (or equivalent).
  • •Ability to work 12-hour shifts (3 days on/4 days off and 4 days on/3 days off) with day/night rotation.
  • •Ability to lift 25–40 pounds and stand/walk as required (including walking 1–5 miles per shift).
  • •2+ years of experience with SAP or Enablon (or similar incident tracking systems).
