Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead engineering for Email Threat Detection solutions, including on-prem and cloud-based threat detection for enterprise customers.
  • •Drive AI/LLM improvements across the SDLC, promote AI adoption, and add customer-facing AI/LLM functionality to threat detection products.
  • •Apply threat detection and security offerings to secure AI agents, and take on additional SRE/observability responsibilities outside threat detection.
  • •Set technical vision with Product Management, Design, and other Engineering Directors, and guide teams in defining short-, medium-, and long-term goals.
  • •Own recruiting strategy to build a diverse team, mentor and coach engineering managers and senior engineers, and help develop career plans.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 10 years of experience in software engineering, building cloud-based and on-prem applications.
  • •At least 7 years of experience leading multiple, high-performing software engineering teams across cloud and on-prem.
  • •Experience managing through managers and leading teams through change.
  • •Partner closely with Design, Data Science, Security, SRE, or Product Management to deliver usable and secure software solutions.
  • •A demonstrated track record leading teams through AI-driven SDLC changes, AI adoption, and product integration.
