Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide advice, leadership, and hands-on support to implement and maintain environmental requirements at the Benalla facility.
  • •Coordinate and manage environmental work, including performance monitoring, directing field activities, and compiling/interpreting analytical data.
  • •Stay current with environmental information and reports, including site environmental performance, assessments, and historical contamination.
  • •Support the HSE Manager and site management in delivering environmental projects for cleaner production programs and waste management.
  • •Support the performance and direction of fieldwork and the compilation/interpreting of analytical data for environmental initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Appropriate tertiary qualifications in Environmental Science/Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related discipline.
  • •Knowledge of NSW, Victorian, and Commonwealth environmental legislation (or a similar legislative framework).
  • •Background in chemical processes and their environmental impacts.
  • •Experience analyzing and aligning work to environmental legislative requirements and industry best practice.
  • •Track record of undertaking investigations and developing technical reports.
