Sales ECP Associate

Join Avery Dennison’s North America Sales Early Career Program as a Sales ECP Associate. You’ll build a strong sales foundation through experiential on-the-job learning plus classroom and virtual training over 24–30 months. Start with 6–9 months in corporate offices in Mentor, OH, then rotate through sales regions across the East, West, or Mid-West. Responsibilities include developing pricing and negotiation skills and closing deals while communicating value to customers.
