  • •Translate Operations Centre objectives into achievable activity plans and manage maintenance supervisors, resources, and external service providers to execute maintenance activities and major overhauls.

Key Requirements

  • •Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or relevant trade qualifications.
  • •Processing plant experience with Bayer process knowledge.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build, develop, and inspire teams (including coaching and mentoring).
  • •Understanding and application of Environmental Health & Safety leadership and management.
  • •Experience managing maintenance budgets, maintenance equipment management/repair strategies, and project planning, with an effective change management approach.
