Job Summary

Drive AI-enabled solutions across Visa’s Payments Ecosystem Risk & Controls (PERC) platforms, embedding Generative and agentic AI, automation, copilots, and assistants into business workflows. Partner with product, architecture, engineering, and operations to translate complex risk and data requirements into scalable data products, integrations, and governance standards. Own platform execution, end-to-end delivery, and operational support, while defining success metrics and value realization for AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities

•Embed Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation, copilots, and intelligent assistants into business and operational workflows across PERC platforms.
•Define and execute AI adoption roadmaps, including responsible AI governance and AI-enabled product management workflows from discovery through release readiness.
•Translate business, risk, operational, and data requirements into scalable platform capabilities; lead product lifecycle activities such as roadmap, backlog, release planning, UAT, and launch readiness.
•Provide hands-on business application support: intake, triage, prioritization, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and post-release monitoring.
•Own enterprise data product strategy (ingestion, transformation, enrichment, access, consumption), including governance standards and integrating internal and external data sources.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD), or 2 years with a PhD; OR 11+ years of relevant experience.
•Experience in product management, analytics, AI transformation, or data platforms (including 10–12+ years in these areas preferred).
•Experience designing and managing enterprise-scale data products and integrations.
•Experience implementing or operationalizing Generative AI and AI-enabled solutions, including AI agents, GenAI, and workflow automation.
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (preferred).
