Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance and assurance with relevant UK HSE legislation, focusing mainly on CDM Regulations 2015.
  • •Ensure Control of Contractor requirements and standards are fulfilled.
  • •Carry out site audits and inspections of construction related activities.
  • •Capture relevant LFE, ensure investigations are closed out, and work with the Project Management team to raise awareness and culture.
  • •Provide expert guidance and develop robust HSE management systems tailored to major construction projects, monitoring HSE performance of contractor activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in HSE roles in fissile environments, construction, utilities, site wide enabling works and major infrastructure projects.
  • •In-depth knowledge and application of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.
  • •In-depth knowledge and application of the Nuclear Licence Condition Handbook.
  • •Strong track record of conducting audits, producing reports, and identifying practical solutions.
  • •NEBOSH General Certificate or NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential).
