•Develop and define quality characteristics, metrics, scoring parameters, and standards for release readiness.
•Create and maintain databases of known test defects; investigate issues, analyze test results, and coordinate user/third-party testing.
•Provide feedback and recommendations to development teams on software usability and functionality, including initial debugging by reviewing configuration files, logs, or code.
