Job Summary

Pilot the evolution of a Salesforce-based global CRM platform, bridging business needs and technical solutions across Sales Cloud and reference data. Own the CRM product backlog, prioritize by business impact, and drive stakeholder validation to deliver measurable value. Define and maintain reference data standards with the Data Governance team, coordinate with IT on requirements and integrations, and supervise UAT to ensure high-quality, compliant releases with strong change adoption.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver CRM solutions based on Salesforce (Sales Cloud) to meet business needs.
•Act as an interface between commercial teams and technical teams, translating business requirements into concrete solutions.
•Manage the product backlog and prioritize functionalities based on business impact and strategic objectives.
•Collaborate with the Data Governance team to define, maintain, and document reference data standards and processes.
•Coordinate with IT to ensure timely delivery, supervise UAT tests, and validate deliverables while ensuring compliance with data confidentiality and security regulations.

Key Requirements

•At least 2 years of experience leading digital projects and 5+ years in product ownership or senior project management.
•Strong experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud) to deliver CRM solutions.
•Experience in reference data management (Master Data Management) or data governance is a plus.
•Mastery of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe).
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive approach balancing business needs and technical constraints.
