Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a primary subject matter expert (SME) for fraud protection solutions throughout the sales cycle.
  • •Deliver product demos, POCs, and workshops showcasing fraud detection and prevention capabilities.
  • •Coordinate pre-sales activities and assess customer needs, fraud risks, and regulatory requirements to recommend strategies.
  • •Design and refine solution implementation architecture; prepare technical proposals, RFP responses, and compliance documentation.
  • •Support clients during POCs and delivery, including installation/configuration, integration, deployment, testing, and ongoing support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
  • •3–5 years in consultant positions.
  • •Experience with web technologies (JavaScript, APIs, SDKs).
  • •Strong understanding of HTTP, TLS, and RESTful services, plus debugging/troubleshooting skills.
  • •Hands-on experience with anti-fraud or cybersecurity solutions and knowledge of fraud attack vectors; Spanish and English fluency.
