Key Responsibilities

  • •Support construction site management by monitoring contractors’ daily activities and resource allocation against construction programs and plans.
  • •Coordinate and conduct inspections (including QA/QC and HSSE) and maintain documentation such as daily site diaries and snag lists.
  • •Review contractor submittals, RFIs, testing/commissioning plans, and support assessment and response to claims related to scope, schedule, and cost changes.
  • •Assist in commissioning, testing, hand-over, and defects liability activities, including final re-inspections and inputs for take-over/defect liability/final account documents.
  • •Support planning and project controls by assisting with progress report inputs and implementing corporate policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • •Knowledge of construction supervision services.
  • •Understanding of international engineering standards and codes.
  • •Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
  • •Good interpersonal, leadership, communication, planning, and strong attention to detail/time management skills.
