Job Summary

Oversee Sephora’s sales floor departments within a Winnipeg location, supporting teams to execute the Sephora selling model and deliver outstanding client service. •Oversee all sales floor departments within a specific Sephora location, including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance & Haircare.
•Ensure on-stage cast properly execute Sephora’s selling model and support timely client feedback responses.
•Support World selling cast training on Client Interactive Technology.
•Support in-store events as needed to achieve store goals and client needs.
•Coach performance management situations and deliver timely improvement feedback through regular check-ins with direct reports.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 20.8 - 24.45 hourly

Key Requirements

•1 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
•Proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders.
•Ability to coach and support performance management situations within the assigned area.
•Strong understanding of the store’s sales performance and business opportunities.
