Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect, compile, and analyze data from physical work sites, surveys, blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and other project materials to support design and construction.
  • •Assist with basic mechanical engineering work including research and inspections of site conditions, equipment, resources, infrastructure, usage, and mechanical systems for conformance with rules, standards, and permits.
  • •Support routine engineering functions such as entry-level technical assistance on design requirements, load calculations, and operating strategies for proper installation and functioning of systems.
  • •Verify site characteristics and provide technical assistance on engineering, design, and construction issues.
  • •Generate complete, accurate project documentation and specifications using electronic systems, drawings, and field/worksite notebook/logs while complying with safety guidelines and training for assigned tasks.
