Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop comprehensive project plans to ensure successful, measurable execution, including feasibility, financial viability, risks, customer requirements, work breakdown structures, and budgets.
  • •Lead cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, R&D, operations, quality, and sales to drive project success.
  • •Supervise and report on project costs, quality, and status; evaluate and manage changes impacting scope, budget, or schedule.
  • •Collaborate with resource managers to ensure appropriate staffing and influence scope, schedule, and resource allocation decisions.
  • •Act as the single point of contact for project-related matters, facilitating reviews and managing scope and schedule changes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent work experience.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in electronics or software engineering projects.
  • •Strong communication skills with both technical and executive audiences.
  • •Fluent in English (spoken and written).
