Key Responsibilities

•Develop and oversee comprehensive store fixture plans and Creative VM concepts in line with Sephora brand guidelines, across SEAO region.
•Lead the New Fixture Creative and Roll-out process from conceptualization to full implementation, ensuring alignment with brand standards and sustainability goals.
•Establish and enforce robust fixture guidelines across the region (Brand & Sephora) and coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely execution.
•Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to quality standards, with consideration of sustainable materials and processes.
•Conduct site visits to evaluate conditions and translate insights into design solutions while supporting material selection and implementation plans.

Key Requirements

•More than 10 years in retail design, interior design, architecture, fixture development, or a related field, with significant leadership experience.
