Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Effectively support two global executives by proactively managing their calendars, emails, travel, expenses, and timesheets.
  • •Coordinate strategic and operational meetings (teams, committees, boards), including invitations, logistics, attendance tracking, recordings, and distribution of deliverables.
  • •Maintain a centralized Outlook/Teams calendar of key events (Board reporting, GLT meetings, ESG and Ethics committees).
  • •Support the preparation, review, and updating of executive documents and presentations.
  • •Play a central role in coordinating the annual sustainability report, CNTP, and other ESG disclosures, including the French version.

  • •Coordinate ESG disclosures and related publications, including CNTP and the French version, and assist with policies and communications related to ethics and sustainability.
