Key Responsibilities

•Manage buy-side and sell-side transaction engagements in coordination with Financial Due Diligence, IT, Supply Chain, Human Capital, and other diligence teams.
•Lead operational due diligence workstreams to assess business performance, operational risks, and opportunities for improvement.
•Oversee standalone, one-time, and stranded cost assessments and lead synergy/interdependency analyses.
•Drive cost optimization and working capital initiatives (AR/AP/inventory) to improve EBITDA and develop prioritized, owner-assigned roadmaps.
•Mentor junior team members, support business development activities, and deliver clear client reports/presentations while ensuring timely delivery.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,200 - 212,750 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
•Minimum 6 years of experience in transaction advisory, management consulting, operational due diligence, integration and separation, corporate strategy, private equity, or a related field.

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including financial analysis, data modeling, and process mapping.
•Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations. Travel ability as needed.
