Key Responsibilities

  • •Code enterprise-grade solutions using Salesforce Apex, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components integrated with Life Sciences backend systems.
  • •Implement Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, and OmniStudio features that comply with regulatory and security frameworks (HIPAA, GxP, PHI).
  • •Drive an AI-first development workflow using AI developer tools while maintaining platform governor limits and security compliance.
  • •Define secure, scalable data models and sharing/security rules, including object structures and relationship mapping.
  • •Build, optimize, document, and secure API-based integrations connecting Salesforce to enterprise platforms and EHR/EMR systems (using HL7/FHIR where applicable).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent.
  • •5+ years of technology development experience, including 3+ years in client-facing consulting or system implementation roles.
  • •Strong object-oriented programming experience (Apex, Java, C#, or Python) plus fluent JavaScript and HTML/CSS with web component engineering.
  • •Hands-on experience designing Salesforce data models, custom logic, and platform integrations.
  • •API integration experience (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) with security protocol knowledge and exposure to regulated healthcare/compliance constraints (HIPAA, GxP, PHI).
