Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute semiconductor tool installation projects including new install, expansion, relocation, modification, and removal.
  • •Plan and manage Tool Install Project execution, including scope, budget, and schedule.
  • •Coordinate with Tool Owner, Process Engineer, Facilities Engineer, and Vendors; review TSR and design documents.
  • •Manage hookup/construction/equipment delivery steps with safety, quality, and schedule control and inspection.
  • •Support equipment startup/utility release/tool qualification and drive root-cause analysis and permanent corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Business-level Japanese proficiency.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • •Experience in equipment installation/construction/facilities-related work in a semiconductor fab or manufacturing industry.
  • •Project management experience.
  • •Knowledge of safety management and risk assessment (including Tool Install/Hookup work) and ability to read drawings such as P&ID, Layout, and Utility Drawings.
