Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute a global IT engineering capability improvement roadmap aligned with business objectives and disaster recovery/business continuity goals.
  • •Own enterprise IT security engineering direction and lead the IAM team, including hiring, governance, and identity/authentication/access control practices.
  • •Lead cloud engineering standards and roadmaps, including automation, infrastructure-as-code, cost optimization (FinOps), scalability, and resilience.
  • •Own end-to-end enterprise networking architecture and drive secure-by-design principles (segmentation, Zero Trust, encryption) across network and integrations.
  • •Build and govern teams and vendor/contract relationships, manage budgets, define KPIs/SLAs, and drive AI/automation to improve delivery throughput and security posture.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 243,000 - 304,000

Key Requirements

  • •Significant senior IT leadership experience across cloud engineering, security engineering, and identity & access management in a complex enterprise environment.
  • •Proven experience building new teams, processes, and technology capabilities from the ground up, ideally in IAM or security engineering.
  • •Strong background in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and SaaS application integration, operations, and support.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing enterprise technology contracts, software licensing, and vendor/third-party relationships.
  • •Deep understanding of IT security, identity governance, and regulatory/compliance requirements (e.g., data protection, cybersecurity frameworks).
