Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage with operational and engineering stakeholders to understand, map, and automate complex business processes into reliable software.
  • •Analyze manufacturing and quality workflows to identify automation opportunities that improve productivity, cycle time, and decision quality.
  • •Design and implement end-to-end automated workflow solutions that reduce manual effort and increase operational consistency.
  • •Build scalable, maintainable software with clean architecture, disciplined testing, and rigorous version control.
  • •Define technical strategy for workflow automation and mentor engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, ECE, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • •5 years of software engineering experience.
  • •Proficiency in Python and SQL for automation, data processing, and database interactions.
  • •Experience with git and modern software practices including code reviews, testing, and CI/CD.
  • •Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.
