Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and maintain project requirements and execution baselines with partners, costs, budgets, schedules, risks, and mitigations.
  • •Lead customer interactions and project launch reviews, aligning stakeholders on WBS/OBS, charter, management plan, and project structure.
  • •Manage legal and contractual requirements, handle disputes, and ensure compliance of Thales, customer, security, and applicable regulations.
  • •Run regular progress reviews, present project status to senior management, and report KPIs/financial variances including EAC.
  • •Build and update project schedules and cost baselines, drive risk/issue resolution, coordinate across teams, and close projects with lessons learned.

Key Requirements
