Key Responsibilities

  • •Logistics and order fulfillment for device deployment, including inventory management and coordination with Manufacturing and partners.
  • •Provide non-technical customer support for product onboarding, delivery, and usage to maintain a positive user experience.
  • •Assist with clinical study coordination, patient enrollment, informed consent processes, and scheduling follow-up calls.
  • •Conduct outbound patient communications to provide support and gather feedback, ensuring adherence to study protocols and product use guidelines.
  • •Collaborate with the Technical Support Engineer to route and track technical issues, and create internal documentation and training to scale program methodologies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •2–5 years of professional experience in a customer-facing, coordination, or clinical support role.
  • •Excellent communication skills (phone, written, and in-person).
  • •Strong interest in medical technology, health applications, or clinical research.
  • •Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and logistics simultaneously.
  • •Experience with clinical study coordination, patient enrollment, or obtaining informed consent is preferred; basic inventory or order fulfillment is a plus.
