Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a state independent license (LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT) with authority to provide counseling services as an independent practitioner.
  • •Master’s degree from an accredited mental health-related graduate program (e.g., Behavioral Health or Social Work).
  • •Less than 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
  • •Demonstrate intermediate-level competencies with technology and software (Microsoft Suite, internet navigation, smartphone/tablet, and video-conferencing navigation).
  • •Prove US citizenship and be fluent in English; pass required background and clearance checks (NACI/IRC, criminal background, FBI fingerprints).
